Featuring Artist: Jessica Poundstone
I don't know if color is something that comes ‘naturally' to people, or if it is something that is learned and developed overtime… I'm assuming it's a little bit of both, but one thing I know for sure is that Jessic Poundstone is a color QUEEN. Her work gives off Mark Rothko vibes and is certainly a great resource if you're ever looking for a palette with lots of different colors. You know, those quilts that have 10+ colors in them (*cough cough the New Years Kiss Quilt and Rocky Coast Quilt).
Doesn't this palette make you want to break out your comfiest sweater, put on Gilmore Girls, hand quilt on the couch, all while drinking a warm coffee? Oddly specific… or just specific enough?
