🗂 All digital goods are non-refundable.
👕 If you have an issue with your print-on-demand apparel/merch, please fill out our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please review the size chart listed in the item description before purchasing, as we will not exchange apparel due to wrong size orders.
📦 We do not cover damaged or lost packages caused by delivery services, as it is out of our control. We suggest you file a claim with your local postal provider.
📬 Returns for Physical Products (Non-Print on Demand)
We accept returns on eligible physical products that are shipped directly by us, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Items marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made are non-returnable.

📅 Subscription & Membership Policy
By subscribing to our Toad Circle Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed.
- It is the subscriber’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
- Subscription details, including billing frequency, renewal dates, and cancellation options, are available in your account on our website.
- We do not provide refunds for subscriptions due to failure to cancel on time.
- Chargebacks for valid subscription charges may result in account suspension and loss of membership access.

Some items in our store, including subscriptions and pre-orders, are billed on a recurring or advance purchase basis. This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions (Toad Circle Membership)
When you purchase a Toad Circle Membership, you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
Cancellation Policy:
- It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel their membership before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
- Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time through your account on our website.
- We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were not canceled before renewal.
- Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, but it does not refund any past payments.
- Chargebacks for valid subscription charges may result in account suspension and loss of membership access.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, we may offer items for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to purchase an item that is not yet in stock but is expected to be available at a future date.
Pre-Order Policy:
- Payment may be collected in full at checkout or as a partial deposit with the remaining balance due when the item is ready to ship.
- Pre-orders can only be canceled if the item has not yet been fulfilled. Once the item has been processed for shipping, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
- If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will notify you via email with updated shipping timelines.
- If we are unable to fulfill a pre-order, a full refund will be issued.
- Pre-order items are subject to our standard return policy once received.

📦 All non-digital items will be shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS priority mail.
👕 All apparel + merch is print on demand and ships worldwide with tracking.
🗂 All digital downloads are available immediately upon purchase on the order confirmation page. Downloads will also be sent to the email provided during checkout. If you don’t see a confirmation email please check your spam folder.
📌 NOTE: You will receive a secure link to the file to the email used at checkout. If you do not see the email within a few minute please check your spam folder. Save the PDF in a secure location on your computer for future access.
