Membership Help

If you don't find your answer in the FAQ, reach out via the form below or message the #support thread in Discord—it's the quickest way to get a community answer. For specific membership/account issues, email is best.

  • The pattern is updated and posted each week at 9 a.m. PST via the member area.

  • Need to switch tiers? Email us at hello@toadandsew.com (or fill out form below) and we'll take care of it for you. This can no longer be done directly through your account.

  • Need to cancel your membership? You can cancel at any time directly from your account. When logged in, you'll navigate to your account profile, click Toad Circle Subscriptions at the top of screen, Manage Subscription, and Cancel in the top right corner of the page. 

  • When you purchase a Toad Circle Membership, you will be charged on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you select. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

    Cancellation Policy:

    • It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel their membership before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
    • Subscriptions can be managed and canceled at any time through your account on our website.
    • We do not provide refunds for subscriptions that were not canceled before renewal.
    • Canceling your subscription will stop future billing, but it does not refund any past payments.
    • Chargebacks for valid subscription charges may result in account suspension and loss of membership access.

  • No need to do anything! If you're already a member, you'll be automatically charged and enrolled in the next SAL—and all future ones—until you manually cancel your subscription.

  • If you participated in a past MQSAL and are missing the final PDF:

    Check Page 2 of any week's PDF — it has a download link to the most up-to-date version of the pattern (which becomes the final pattern once the SAL wraps). We also email out the final PDF before removing it from the member area, so check your inbox if you've misplaced it. Still can't find it? Email us and we'll send it over.

    If you want a past MQSAL you didn't participate in:

    • Toadster members have access to the current SAL plus the previous three.
    • For anything older than that, you'll need to purchase the pattern — either from my site, or from the guest designer's site if it was a guest-designed SAL. Not all guest designers re-release their patterns, so you may need to email them directly to ask.
    • If you're a Toadlet, you can upgrade to Toadster to unlock everything Toadsters have access to.

  • Currently our giftcards are not set-up to be used on our memberships. Please reach out and we can potentially figure out a work-around for this!

  • If you're not seeing channels you think you should have access to, it's usually one of two things:

    1. Check your server nickname. In the Toad Circle server, your nickname needs to be at least your first name plus last initial. If it's not set correctly, the channels won't unlock.
    2. Your tags may need a manual update. Message the support channel or email us and we'll get that sorted for you.

  • The Cheater Club lives in the #Toadster-General channel on our Discord server — Toadster members only. To join, react with 😈 on the Cheater Club info post in that channel (it goes up in Week 1, but you can react and get access any time during the SAL).
