The Foxglove Quilt is an original quilt pattern design by Taylor Krz of Toad & Sew.
There's a little folklore behind the name "Foxglove" — one folk story tells that foxes slipped the blooms over their paws to silence their steps while hunting. Others called it witch's glove, a nod to the poison quietly hiding behind something so lovely. And then there's the fairy theory: that "folk," not "fox," was always the root, and that this tall, wild, bell-shaped flower was really fairy music made visible. Either way, the mythology felt fitting for such a whimsical pattern. Traditionally pieced with no flying geese, FPP, or templates required, this pattern is rated Intermediate (2.5/5) and includes all yardage requirements.
