6-Hour Workshop (Full-Day) in-person only

• 1-10 People: $700 (+ accommodations)
• 11-18 People: $850 (+ accommodations)

• For a cost estimate, check airfare rates from Seattle, WA. I  primarily fly with Alaska Airlines whenever possible.
• Travel includes: Airfare, baggage fees, and rental car (if the host location is far from the airport).
• I book my own flights and travel times to ensure convenience (e.g., no long layovers, red-eye flights, or budget airlines). I will choose the most cost-effective coach option that fits my schedule.
• Events requiring an overnight stay must include at least two events (i.e.. Trunk Show + Workshop).

• I will drive to locations within 300 miles of Seattle, with standard mileage rates applied.

• For events outside the Seattle area, meals and hotel accommodations are required.
• The host must book the hotel and include: The night before the first event (unless arriving the morning of). The night of the final event.
• Meals are reimbursed at the current IRS per diem rate for travel and event days.

• Technology: A projector and screen (or HDMI TV) with electricity and extension cords.
• Tables: I’ll need tables to display and sell books, patterns, and other items (direct sales to students unless otherwise specified).
• Class Size: Workshops can accommodate up to 18 students. Lectures and trunk shows have no limit.

• A signed contract specifies dates and fees for the event, including travel.
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of signing and will be applied to the total balance.I prefer to use my own contract for all engagements. If the host submits their contract, it will need to align with mine.

• Travel fees (airfare, hotel, etc.) are non-refundable if the host cancels the event.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Invoices will be sent in lieu of receipts and can be used for accounting and tax purposes.

• If additional bookings in the same area are added, travel costs can be shared between groups. Each group will be invoiced separately.
